Refund and Returns Policy

Declined Orders


We will provide a refund if the medicine you ordered is denied by the online doctor or pharmacist on-site. All refunds are credited using the original payment method if possible and can take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your account; this timeframe may vary depending on the supplier of your card.

Medicines


Our company is not permitted by law to accept the return of any medicine because it is prohibited from being reused once it has left our premises. Returned medication from anyone must also be disposed of properly within 30 days.

You may cancel any orders within your rights until your medicine is delivered from the company grounds. The chemist must guarantee that any returned medication will be destroyed within 30 days of receipt. Because these are sealed boxes, our company is unable to agree to refunds once your treatment has been delivered.

If you are unable to pick up a missed supply or are having your medicine redelivered via our messenger services, we can post your medication to the same or different address as long as it is returned to us within a 30-day window.

Distance Selling Regulations


According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are unable to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Exceptions to the right to cancel


13.-(1) Except where otherwise agreed, the applicable parties renounce the right to revoke the contract by providing notice of withdrawal in accordance with Regulation 10 in deference to contracts.

(a) For the supply of clearly personalized merchandise or merchandise that, due to the nature of the good, cannot be returned or is vulnerable to deterioration in quality or premature expiration;

This means that you do not have the authority to revoke orders under this exemption. However, due to our company’s diligence in relation to these specific terms and conditions, you may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been posted.

Any refunded medication, as well as unopened boxes, must be destroyed by the pharmacist, so we are unable to offer any kind of refund once your medicine has been shipped.

Returns by Post


If you want to return your medication by mail, make sure you repackage it properly before mailing it back to:

Receiving Defective, Spoiled or Incorrect Goods


If you receive an incorrect, spoiled, or defective order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods using the information provided below. We will agree on a strategy to be implemented on an individual basis once we are contacted. As a result, the goods will be reimbursed or substituted, as stated above.

Damaged Items


The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 allows you to obtain a fiscal return on spoiled goods as long as you perform the service within a month of receiving the goods. Before you can receive a refund, you must first return your order.

We do not accept medicine of any kind that you believe was ineffective; however, if you have reason to believe that any treatment from us was tainted, you are welcome to contact our care staff for assistance in obtaining a refund. You can email or chat with us during business hours, and we will gladly advise you on how to return any spoiled goods.
